Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item for a full refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and/or post the refund.

 

When should I request a refund? within 7 days from reception.

Please inspect your order upon reception and if you'd like a refund contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make it right.

To start a return, contact us at my@sausajay.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be refunded:

● Gift cards, personalized items, special orders.

If 25% or more of the item has been consumed.

● Products damaged after purchase.

● Lost in the mail items that were shipped without tracking numbers.

● Orders returned to us by the shipping carrier for non-delivery will be automatically refunded minus the cost of return shipping.

 

Too avoid Refund Policy abuse, we will only replace/refund your order once.
